An american prospective, randomized, double-blinded, active-controlled study for the evaluation of the efficacy, safety, and pharmacoeconomics of oral telithromycin (Ketek) 800 mg once a day for 5 days vs moxifloxacin (Avelox) 400 mg once a day for 10 days in the treatment of acute maxillary sinusitis (AMS) in adults.
